These terms apply when you buy from Máin Chick. Placing an order means you accept them.

The product
Máin Chick is fully cooked, ready-to-eat chicken breast, sold chilled. Each pouch has a net weight of 100–120g. Ingredients: chicken breast, black pepper, garlic, rock salt.
Storage is your responsibility once delivered. Keep it refrigerated below 4°C and eat within 5 days of the packing date printed on the pouch. It may be frozen for up to 30 days, but must not be refrozen once thawed. We cannot be responsible for product that has been stored outside these instructions.
If you have a food allergy or a medical dietary requirement, please check the ingredients and contact us before ordering.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no hidden charges.
Flavours marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Delivery
- We deliver across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
- Free delivery on orders of ₹695 and above. Below that, a flat ₹60.
- Everything ships cold-chain. We message you with your delivery window once the order is dispatched.
- In Bengaluru we currently take bulk orders only — message us on WhatsApp to arrange.
Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Because the product is perishable, we cannot re-attempt delivery indefinitely, and orders that fail because we could not reach you may not be refundable.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards and net banking. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. Your order is confirmed once Razorpay confirms the payment.

Using this website
The Máin Chick name, logo, photography and site content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Liability
We take food safety seriously and comply with FSSAI requirements. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force are the ones published when you place your order.
