We dispatch cold-chain from our Chennai point and message you with your delivery window as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery is free on every order of 5 packs or more. A single trial pack is charged at ₹8 per km inside our Chennai delivery zone.

Keep it refrigerated below 4°C and eat within 5 days of the packing date. It can be frozen for up to 30 days, but do not refreeze once thawed. The packing date and batch number are printed on every pouch.

Máin Chick is a fresh, perishable food product, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with the cold chain broken, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93420 92952 within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the pack. We will replace the affected packs or refund them in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
